KENOSHA, Wis. – Parkside Athletics is excited to announce the hiring of Joe Dreiling as the next Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Dreiling will work with all of the varsity sports at Parkside.

"We are super excited to add Joe to our Parkside Athletics family. He is very passionate about the wellbeing of our student athletes while pushing them to grow and improve as an athlete. We are excited to see the impact he will have on their overall performance" says Associate AD for Sports Medicine Katie Bowers.

Dreiling completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Illinois State in August of 2021. After completing his undergrad, Dreiling took a position as the Athletic Performance Graduate Assistant at UW-River Falls. He worked directly with six sports programs developing specialized training programs. Dreiling would complete his GA by obtaining his Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning at UW-River Falls in August of 2023.

Dreiling comes to Parkside after spending the previous season at Iowa Western Community College as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. While at IWCC Dreiling developed training programs for 13 varsity programs, focusing primarily on building strength power and speed. One of the 13 teams Dreiling trained is the Reivers football program who captured the NJCAA D1 National Championship in 2023.

"I'm excited for the opportunity to help our student-athletes achieve their highest level of performance across all sports here at Parkside," says Dreiling.
