UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. – The Parkside women's soccer program traveled up to Saginaw Valley State for a GLIAC match up with the Cardinals on Friday afternoon. The Rangers, in their lone game of the weekend, fell to SVSU 3-1.

How it Happened
Much of the scoring occurred in the first half of action as three of the four goals scored on the day happened in the first set of 45 minutes. SVSU got the scoring started in the 24
th minute of play to give them the 1-0 advantage.
The Rangers would respond just minutes later in the 26
th minute of play. The Rangers would build along the left side of the field as
Adrianna Rodriguez would send a ball into the box.
Chloe Jarosz would get on the end of the cross and nod it home to level things a one goal apiece.
Before the first half would come to a close the Cardinals would strike once again. A 34
th minute goal would give the Cardinals the 2-1 advantage heading into the halftime break.
SVSU would ride the momentum entering the second half and notch their third goal of the afternoon. It would come in the 56
th minute and moved the scoreline to 3-1.
