KENOSHA, Wis. – The Parkside women's soccer team returned to action on Friday afternoon. The Rangers welcomed No. 16 Grand Valley State to Kenosha, falling to the Lakers 2-0.

How it Happened
The Grand Valley State offense was stellar, maintaining the possession for most of the first half. The Parkside defense would stand tall until a handball in the box awarded the Lakers a penalty kick in the 26
th minute. GVSU would convert and go ahead 1-0 and head into the half with the advantage.
The Rangers would search for an equalizer to open the second half. Grand Valley State would add an insurance goal in the 68
th minute. Parkside would fail to find the back of the net in the final 22 minutes of the match and fall 2-0 to GVSU.
