KENOSHA, Wis. -- After helping lead the conference leading Parkside men's soccer team to two clean sheets and two wins, Mike Howell has been named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletics Conference (GLIAC) defensive player of the week.
 
Howell played in all 180 minutes over the two conference matches this weekend. He helped lead a Parkside back line that allowed just four shots on goal over two matches. Parkside now has gone over 210 minutes without giving up a goal.
