BAY CITY, Mich. - The Parkside Men's soccer team swept the GLIAC honors this week thanks to the play of Mario Bolado and Augustin Warnod. 

Parkside senior defender Mario Bolado secures GLIAC offensive player of the week after his performance over the weekend. The outside back recorded a penalty kick goal and an assist to secure three points in the win over Purdue Northwest. Bolado has been perfect from the spot, converting both of his attempts this season. The defender has played the most minutes on the team and is tied third on the team in points with seven.

Parkside junior goalkeeper Augustin Warnod's play over the weekend to garner GLIAC defensive player of the week. Warnod earned his first start of the season against Purdue Northwest and made the most of his opportunity. The Rangers goalkeeper racked up five saves and his first clean sheet as a Ranger in the Rangers 5-0 win over the Pride. 

The Rangers will return to the pitch tomorrow as they will host Lake Erie College. Kickoff from Wood Road Soccer Field is set for 12 p.m. CDT. Info can be found at parksiderangers.com.
