SCOUTING PURDUE NORTHWEST

This will be the second time the Pride and the Rangers play each other this season. The first battle between the two sides was back on Sept. 17 where the teams battled in the rain to a 1-1 draw. The Rangers goal came from Alejandro Martinez as his 72nd minute goal equalized for the Rangers to secure a point.

Since matching up with the Rangers back in Sept., the Pride have gone 4-1-1 in six GLIAC matches. The lone loss the Pride suffered came at the hands of the St. Cloud State Huskies 0-1. The Rangers most recently played the Huskies for the second time of the season and dropped the match in a close 2-1 decision.

The Pride have been unbeaten through their last four contests. They also will look to extend their clean sheet streak. PNW hasn't allowed a ball touch the back of their net in 444 minutes of action.

SCOUTING LAKE ERIE

Located in Northern Ohio, Lake Erie College is a part of the Great Midwest Conference and currently sits at 5-4-2 overall before entering the weekend.

On the offensive side of things, the Storm are led by forward Maximilian Lintschinger. The grad student leads the team in goals with four as well as points with 10. Lake Erie has had eight different players score goals this year bringing the team total to 18 goals so far.

Defensively, Lake Erie has played Cooper Cook in goal in their three most recent matches. Cook touts a .818 save percentage through his three starts. The defense most recently collected a shutout victory against their G-MAC foe Kentucky Wesleyan.

This match up will mark the first in each program's history. It will be the first time Parkside squares off with a G-MAC school since defeating #2 Ashland in the second round of the 2022 NCAA Tournament.
