The Parkside men's basketball team had a tough game Thursday night at home with No. 19 Ferris State. The Rangers struggled to shoot the ball and the Bulldogs came away with a win in De Simone Arena. Parkside will finish out the weekend with Senior Day on Saturday against Lake Superior State.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Early on Parkside jumped out to its largest lead of the game of six points with a 10-4 advantage, but Ferris State quickly erased the lead with an 8-0 run. The Bulldogs ended the first half on a 12-0 run and took a 32-23 lead into the locker room. In the second half, FSU pushed it to double-digits pretty quickly and Parkside could not recover.

Rasheed Bello led the way for Parkside with 16 points on 5-of-9 shooting and 4-of-4 3-pointers. Redshirt-senior

As a team, Parkside shot 32.3% from the floor and went 9-of-32 from deep. Ferris State finished 53.4% from the floor and 35.3 from deep. FSU won the points in the paint battle 38-18.
