Marquette, Mich.--- The University of Wisconsin-Parkside women's volleyball team closed out the 2022 season on Saturday afternoon, taking on the Northern Michigan Wildcats. The Rangers fell by a final score of 3-0, but the day was highlighted by
Reese Rossnagel who became the eighth player in Parkside history to record 1000 kills in a career. Rossnagel reached the milestone on her seventh kill of the match which came late in set two.

- Rossnagel led the offense with ten kills on the day.
- Cayla Gutche recorded three aces.
- Alysha Brickl finished with a team high 12 digs.
GAME RECAP
Northern Michigan had all of the momentum in set one, taking the opening set 25-14. The Wildcats outhit the Rangers .333 to .118 in the set. Rossnagel led the way with four kills on 12 attempts for the Rangers.
Set two was more closely battled. The Parkside defense came away with 17 digs in the set, led by
Alysha Brickl with six. Parkside looked to fight back in set three, jumping out to a 19-11 lead on a
Cayla Gutche ace. However, the Wildcats were able to get on a roll late in the set, coming back to take set three 28-26 and the match 3-0.
