Michigan Tech 93, Parkside 76
HOUGHTON, Mich.- The Parkside women's basketball team traveled to Houghton to take on the Michigan Tech Huskies. The Rangers found themselves with a shallow bench for the game, as only eight players were able to travel this weekend. The Rangers battled hard, but the depth of the Huskies bench proved to best the Rangers.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Huskies jumped out to a small lead early, ending the first quarter with a 23-19 lead. The Rangers struggled to keep up in the second quarter, as they were outscored 26-18 in the quarter and went into the half down by 12. The Rangers held on throughout the second half, but could never gain enough momentum to cut into the Huskies' lead, and the Rangers ended the game down 17.
