HOW IT HAPPENED
The Pride continued their offensive hot streak from yesterday, scoring nine runs in the first two innings off of Parkside starter
Hunter Weddel. Emanuel put some runs on the board for the Rangers in the third inning with a three-run home run that scored Weddel and redshirt-junior
Kurt Mlachnik. Parkside tacked on five more in the fourth inning thanks in part to two Purdue Northwest errors, and RBI's from seniors
Carlos Arteaga and
Garrett LaBreche. The five-run fourth brought the Pride lead to just 1, 9-8.

The Pride answered back in the top of the sixth with three runs of their own to make the score 12-8, which proved to be enough to close out the contest and series.

STATWORTHY
LaBreche, Mlachnik, and senior
