Davenport 3, Parkside 1
The Parkside women's soccer team concluded the regular season on Sunday with a match against the Davenport Panthers. Prior to kickoff, the Rangers recognized four seniors,
Michelle Benitez,
Grace Javaras, Sam Nickell, and
Kendal Ziel for their commitment and contributions to the program. The Rangers got out to an early lead, but unfortunately could not hold on as the Panthers came away with the win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Rangers got on the board first, with freshman
Alexis Bolger scoring in the 18
th minute off a beautiful feed from freshman
Ally Francisco. The lead slipped away from the Rangers shortly after though, as Davenport's Haley Diekevers scored a game tying goal in the 35
th minute. Angelina McSauby then gave the Panthers the lead with a goal in the 38
th minute. Fillipa Struxjoe scored the put-away goal for the Panthers in the 55
th minute on a penalty kick.
STATWORTHY
Bolger scored her second goal of the season. Freshman
Mia Guyton started in goal and recorded five saves on seven shots. Sophomore
Izzy Guyer took over in goal for the Rangers in the second half and recorded one save.
WHAT'S NEXT FOR THE RANGERS
