The Parkside women's soccer team was on the road for the final time this season against the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals. Â The Rangers defense held the Cardinals at bay through regulation, but the Cardinals were able to come away with the win in double overtime.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Cardinals got on the board first, with Amy Babon scoring in the 55
th minute. In the 63
rd minute, redshirt-junior
Myah Strokosch scored for the Rangers and tied the match. The match went to overtime and in the 105
th minute, Saginaw Valley's Stephanie Strong scored the golden goal to end the game.
STATWORTHY
Strokosch earned her second goal of the season, and her sixth career goal. Freshman
Mia Guyton started in goal today for the Rangers, earning 11 saves on 13 shots.
WHAT'S NEXT FOR THE RANGERS
