GRAND VALLEY STATE 55, PARKSIDE 53
It took a improbable buzzer-beater for the No. 7 seed Grand Valley State to take down the No. 3 Parkside men's basketball team in the GLIAC Semifinals, which was hosted by Davenport. The Lakers' Jeremiah Ferguson hit a falling away jumper from the corner as time expired after GVSU secured an offensive rebound with :23-seconds to play.
Parkside ends the 2018-19 season with a 16-12 overall record and won the GLIAC North Division. They will enter the 2019-20 season with an 11-game winning streak on their home court.

"They have set a very high bar for our young players on how to be great teammates, win or lose. I'm proud to have coached these young men and they will always be Rangers."
