HEAR FROM COACH CONELY
"I'm really proud of our team for how they competed for 40 minutes," said head coach
Jen Conely. "We had so many people step up during the game, make big shots and plays on the defensive end. Definitely a total team effort – really happy with how we executed down the stretch in the fourth quarter and built a double-digit lead. It's not easy to beat a good team on the road – it was great to see our team gut it out and finish."

FIRST HALF
The Rangers came out of the locker room hot and started with a 10-4 run aided by five points from redshirt sophomore
Claire Jakaitis. Parkside held that lead for the remainder of the quarter and were led by 10 first quarter points by Nelson. The Golden Bears responded in the second quarter by going 8-for-14 from the field, bringing the score to 41-40, Parkside at the break.

SECOND HALF
Neither team could separate themselves in the third quarter, as they traded baskets throughout the frame. The Green & White went 4-for-6 from beyond the arc in the quarter, but failed the separate themselves, as they maintained their one-point lead going into the fourth, 63-62. The fourth quarter was one to remember for Parkside, as they started on a 15-1 run courtesy of three 3-pointers in the run. Nelson again came up big again for the Rangers and scored 10 fourth quarter points to help put the game away.
