HOW IT HAPPENED
With 8:03 remaining in the first quarter, the game was tied at 3-3 and Parkside finished the quarter with a 16-2 run as they held the Huskies to five points in the quarter. As the second quarter started, Parkside went on a 10-6 run and the half ended with the Rangers leading by 20-points with a score of 32-12. The teams went back-and-forth in the third quarter and the Rangers lead grew to 22-points which brought the score to 45-23 going into the fourth. In the final quarter, Parkside was able to grow its lead to 25-points at most, which the Huskies knocked it down to 22-points as the game ended with a score of 62-40.

STAT LEADERS
As a team, the Rangers had a season-high 46 rebounds in the game, with freshman
Hannah Plockelman leading with nine. This was Arthur's seventh straight game scoring in double-figures this season and she's the only Ranger to do that so far this season. Arthur went 6-for-6 from the free-throw line and added three rebounds to the team's season-high. Junior
Carolina Rahkonen had 12 points and five rebounds and freshman
Alyssa Nelson led with three assists. The Huskies shot 27.1 percent from the floor and only 18.8 from beyond the arc. This was a season-low for Parkside for points allowed.

WHAT'S NEXT
Parkside will play at Northern Michigan on Saturday, Dec. 8 at Noon. The Rangers will travel to Green Bay for an exhibition on Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. Over the holiday break, Parkside will travel out to Colorado to play two games out at Colorado-Springs.
