HEAR FROM COACH CONELY
"We got off to a slow start today," Conely said. "But, I'm very proud of how we battled back to earn our first-ever win in the GLIAC."
"I thought it was a total team effort; we had great contributions from our starters and our bench, especially Hannah and Alyssa," Conley added referring to freshmen
Hannah Plockelman and
Alyssa Nelson.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Panthers won the jump ball to start the game and got onto the scoreboard first, but they weren't able to add more than five points between themselves and the Rangers before Parkside tied the game up in the first quarter. Although the second quarter was very back-and-forth, the Panthers went on a 6-0 run to end the half and take a 37-30 lead into the break.
The Rangers trailed by 10 points less than :10-seconds into the second half, but Parkside was able to close that deficit throughout the quarter, going on a 10-0 run to tie it up at 40-40 with 7:35 to play in the third quarter. The Rangers also went on an 11-3 run as the quarter finished, taking a 55-51 lead into the fourth. As the teams were neck-and-neck the entire game, the fourth quarter followed in fashion. The teams found themselves tied three times in the fourth quarter, with the final one being at 64-64 with 3:27 to play. Parkside ended the game on a 5-0 run and held the Panthers scoreless for the final 3:27 of play.
