UW-Parkside Drops Road Contest to Saint Joseph's in OT

RENSSELAER, Ind. -- Senior Alexander Brown scored 21 points, but CJ Hardaway led six players in double figures with 22 points and Saint Joseph's upset Wisconsin-Parkside 84-79 in overtime on Thursday in a Great Lakes Valley Conference game in Scharf Fieldhouse.

The Rangers scored the first points of overtime on a layup by Kendale McCullum, but the Pumas responded with an 8-0 run to take control of the extra session.

Davious Webster tied the game at 73-73 with a jumper to begin the run and Kindred Williams put Saint Joseph's ahead to stay with a basket with 2:32 to play in overtime.

Webster added a three-pointer and Williams made 1-of-2 free throws to extend the lead to 79-73 with 1:19 to play.
