Box Score Sparked by a solid all-around performance by junior Katie Adams (Racine, Wis.), the University of Wisconsin-Parkside posted a 3-1 non-conference road win (25-14, 19-25, 25-19, 25-22) at Purdue Northwest on Monday evening.

Adams dished out 35 assists to guide the offense, but the Ranger captain also added seven kills, seven digs, and three blocks.

Sophomore Leah Fenske (Oconomowoc, Wis.) had 11 kills to lead the Parkside offense, while freshman Rachel Hedman (Stoughton, Wis.) added 10 kills compared to only three errors.

Sophomore Annie Leo (Shorewood, Wis.) tallied 20 digs for the defense, which held PNW to a hitting percentage of .058. Senior Lexi Turek (Naperville, Ill.) posted a match-high five blocks.

This weekend, the Rangers will play four matches at the Midwest Region Crossover Tournament in Aurora, Ill., beginning on Friday.
