Box Score The University of Wisconsin-Parkside volleyball team completed an impressive showing at the Midwest Crossover, sweeping Tiffin on Saturday afternoon (25-18, 25-13, 25-15). With the win, the Rangers have now won four of their last five matches and improved to 11-11 overall in 2017.
Coming off one of its strongest offensive performances of the season, Parkside was even better on Saturday, posting a hitting percentage of .361. Six different players recorded at least one kill, and none a single Ranger had more than one error. As a team, Parkside had 36 kills and only six errors.
Sophomore
Leah Fenske (Oconomowoc, Wis.) tallied nine kills with zero errors, registering a hitting percentage of .562. Senior
Lexi Turek (Naperville, Ill.), coming off a 17-kill effort in Friday's win over Findlay, totaled eight kills and just one error for a hitting percentage of .538.
With a similar stat line of eight kills and only one error, freshman
Rachel Hedman (Stoughton, Wis.) hit .389.
Sophomore
Annie Leo (Shorewood, Wis.) tallied a team-high 10 digs and an impressive four service aces.
The Rangers return to action next weekend, playing at the University of Indianapolis on Friday night at 6 p.m.
