STEVENS POINT, Wis. -- Senior Ronzel Darling remained undefeated and freshman Christian Robertson recorded his first career fall leading Wisconsin-Parkside to a 34-12 victory over Wisconsin-Stevens Point on Tuesday.

Wisconsin-Parkside, which improved to 2-0 on the season, won the first five matches on its way to the victory.

Darling got things started for the Rangers as he posted an 18-2 technical fall decision over Moziah Clark at 125 pounds. Darling posted his second victory of the season against Clark and raised his season record to 5-0.

Robertson, wrestling at 141 pounds, recorded a fall victory over Frank Lor. Robertson improved to 2-0 on the season and notched his first collegiate fall.

Cody Walrath and James Lehman posted major decision victories for the Rangers. Walrath defeated Joey Seitz 13-5 at 149 pounds, while Lehman raised his record to 5-1 on the season with a 9-1 major decision win against Dylan Diebitz at 197 pounds.

Matt Halverson continued his strong start to the season at 285 pounds as he cruised to a 7-1 win against Donny Ralston.

Wisconsin-Parkside also received victories from Airk Furseth, Brett Scoles and Job Ayala. Furseth beat Ben Vosters 8-7 at 133 pounds, while Scoles edged Boone Roycraft 3-2 at 157 pounds. Ayala won by injury default over Taran Holland at 174 pounds.

Wisconsin-Parkside returns to action on Saturday (Nov. 19) when it participates in the Concordia Open.
