2017-18
  • Went 19-3 overall at 285 pounds
  • NCAA Division II All-American with a third place finish at the NCAA Championships
    • Defeated Cody Johnson of CSU-Pueblo by fall at 2:23 in the third place match
  • Earned the Manual Gorriaran Pinner's Award at the NCAA Tournament
  • Took third place at the NCAA II Midwest Super Regional with a win over Brandon Houle of Lake Erie College
  • Only competed in the Spring semester.
 
2016-17
  • Finished the season with a 19-10 overall record
  • Took 5th place at the NCAA Division II Midwest Super Regional
  • Took second at the Pointer Open (11-5-16)
  • Finished in third place at the Wisconsin Open (12-3-16)

2015-2016
  • Finished the season with a 26-10 record, including 18 pins
  • First Place at Pointer Open
  • Second Place at CUW Open
  • Second Place at Wisconsin Open
  • Fourth Place at Pete Willson Invitational. 

2014-2015
  • Compiled an 18-12 record on the mat at the 285-pound weight class.

High School
  • A three-time state qualifier, Halverson placed fifth as a junior at the WIAA Division II Championships before winning the state title as a senior
  • He closed his decorated prep career with an overall record of 128-34 with 92 pins
  • He placed third at the 2014 FILA Junior World Team Trials in Greco-Roman wrestling and won the Junior Northern Plains Regional Championship in addition to state titles in both freestyle and Greco-Roman.
