Lewis led by two points 90 seconds into the game, but from there, it was all Rangers. The visitors built up a 35-26 advantage at halftime and led by as many as 22 points with 9:49 to go in the game.
The Ranger win completed a sweep against Lewis, a team they played in back-to-back games. The win bumps the Ranger record to 18-5 overall. The Midwest Region's sixth-ranked team is now 12-3 in GLVC play.
Lewis slid to 11-13 overall and 7-9 in conference action.

The twin wins over Lewis is a precursor to an anticipated game in the DeSimone Gymnasium Monday, Feb. 14, at 5:30 p.m. The Hawks of Quincy will be in Somers, coming into town with an 18-game winning streak and a 22-1 overall record. Quincy can clinch the North Division championship with a win over the Rangers. Quincy won Round One between the two schools at Quincy earlier this season, 72-61.
It will be Senior Night against the Hawks, as the Rangers salute Allison Smaglik and Brittany Hogen. It will not be the last home game, however. UWP will host a first-round game in the GLVC tournament Saturday, Feb. 26.
