The next UW-Parkside Athletics Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place in the fall of 2010. This is a change from the original winter dates in specified years of the past.

A last call for nominations is out. The nomination forms which were submitted and confirmed for the original 2009 date are still in good standing and there will be no need to re-nominate. All nominees must meet the Hall of Fame criteria to be considered.

Nomination forms will be accepted through Wednesday, March 31. They can be submitted by fax (262) 595-2225, email or postal mail at UW-Parkside athletics, Hall of Fame nomination, 900 Wood Road, Box 2000, Kenosha, WI, 53141-2000. Nominators are asked to fill out the form completely.

More details on the event itself will become available as the date draws nearer.

For the first time ever, an entire team can be nominated. Simply note the team, the season, the record (if applicable) and what it accomplished on one type-written document and submit by email or the listed fax number above.
