Will Cranford improved his NCAA Division II provisional qualifying time in the 60-meter hurdles, winning the event on Feb. 15 at North Central College's Cardinal Classic in Naperville, Ill.

Cranford finished sixth overall in the preliminary heats of the hurdles, clocking a time of 8.40 seconds before racing to the victory in the finals with a season-best time of 8.06. The senior's performance currently ranks 17th nationally.
