UW-Parkside's 
Jenna Endisch earned Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors on Dec. 20, leading the No. 24 Rangers in scoring at the South Point Holiday Hoops Classic against a pair of national ranked opponents.
The senior guard accounted for almost half of the Rangers' offensive production on Dec. 18 against No. 15 Grand Canyon University in Las Vegas, draining six three-pointers and posting a career-high 25 points. Endisch additionally grabbed four rebounds and didn't turn the ball over in the 
68-54 defeat. A day later, Endisch led the charge with a game-high 16 points, helping 
UWP knock off sixth-ranked Washburn University, 50-47. The senior concluded the week averaging 20.5 points and 3.5 rebounds per game while grabbing three steals and dishing out three assists. Her prolific week included hitting 40.0 percent (10-for-25) of her attempts from beyond the arc.
Her stellar performance was in spite of a banged up finger and battling illness that hit several members of the team during their excursion to the Nevada desert.
On the season, Endisch leads the team in scoring, averaging 14.7 points per game and has finished in double figures in six of the team's seven games.
Endisch is the first UW-Parkside player to earn the award since 
Brittany Beyer was honored on Feb. 20, 2012.
