Moriah Palmer has been selected as the Ranger of the Week following her performance at the Grand Valley State Holiday Open. Palmer broke the Wisconsin-Parkside school record by finishing the 5,000 meters in a time of 16:45.61. Her time topped the previous school record of 16:47.4 set by Paula Stokman in 1992.
