Kyle Kling won the discus throw on Saturday, April 18, setting a new school record in the process. The freshman uncorked a toss of 155 feet, seven inches to best the 24-competitor field at the Don Church Twilight Meet at Wheaton College. His performance came just one day after placing seventh in the discus at Ball State University's Cardinal Invitational.
