Jemma Fiehweg was named the Associate AD for Partnerships and Development in March of 2026.
Fiehweg leads the department’s corporate partnerships, sponsorship strategy, and external revenue generation efforts. In this role, she is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners while enhancing engagement opportunities that support Parkside Athletics.
Fiehweg joined Parkside after serving as Senior Corporate Account Manager with the Kenosha Kingfish. In that role, she was responsible for selling sponsorship and group ticket packages, while managing client relationships from initial outreach through game day execution. She delivered significant results, increasing her personal sales by 55 percent in 2025 and generating $475,000 in total revenue. She also oversaw ticket staff and seasonal employees and was recognized as a Team Member of the Year nominee in the Northwoods League.
Prior to her time with the Kingfish, Fiehweg gained valuable experience across multiple areas of athletics administration. She worked with Aurora University Athletics as a graphic design intern and student worker, where she produced gameday, score, and player recognition graphics across multiple sports while meeting strict deadlines. She also completed an athletic department and media internship with Waubonsee Community College Athletics, contributing to graphic design, operations, marketing, and community relations efforts.
Fiehweg has also worked in professional sports, serving on the game presentation team for the Chicago Bears, assisting with in-game entertainment and fan engagement, and completing a summer internship with the Milwaukee Milkmen, where she gained experience in entertainment, operations, and fan relations.
A Waterford, Wisconsin native, Fiehweg earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Aurora University in 2022. She later completed her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Sport Management from Aurora in 2023. While at Aurora, she was a four year starter for the university's softball team where she was a career .301 hitter with 100 runs scored and 26 extra base hits. She also served as vice president of the Human Performance Club and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and a recipient of the Dunham Scholarship
