Jared Cardarelle

Jared Cardarelle was named the inaugural head coach of Parkside Flag Football in January of 2026.

Cardarelle arrives in Kenosha after successfully launching and leading a women’s flag football program at Bryant & Stratton College, where he guided the team to a national playoff victory and established a competitive foundation from the ground up.

At Bryant & Stratton, Cardarelle served as both Head Women’s Flag Football Coach and Admissions Advisor. In that dual role, he recruited and developed the institution’s first flag football roster, managed team budgets and scheduling, led fundraising and community engagement initiatives, and organized academic support programs including supervised study halls.

Cardarelle brings prior collegiate coaching experience from Tabor College, where he served as an assistant football coach from 2012–14. During his tenure, he worked with position groups, coordinated strength training, managed equipment operations, and assisted with scholarship administration and recruiting efforts on both a regional and national level

In addition to his coaching background, Cardarelle has professional experience in admissions, enrollment support, and talent acquisition, providing a strong foundation for recruiting and relationship-building. He previously worked as a National Talent Acquisition Coordinator with North Star Resource Group and held leadership roles in staff supervision and operations management with the Westside Family YMCA.

Cardarelle earned a Master of Business Administration from Tabor College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Coaching from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
