Craig Becker was promoted to Associate AD for Facilities & Capital Projects in August of 2021.
Becker joined the Wisconsin-Parkside staff during the 2013-14 academic year and has served in various capacities in the athletic department since his appointment. He began as the assistant wrestling coach while taking on the facility manager position in the fall of 2014 before getting elevated to the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities in the summer of 2015.
A Wisconsin-Parkside graduate, Becker is one of the most decorated wrestlers in program history, winning an NCAA Division II National Championship at 149 pounds in 2010 and finishing the season with a 38-2 record. He was selected as the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Wrestler of the Year and was selected as the Outstanding Wrestler at the NWCA National Dual Meet Tournament. A two-time All-American Becker was also UW-Parkside’s Male Athlete of the Year for 2009-10 and finished his outstanding career with a 128-28 record on the mat.
