Amber Singh joined Parkside Athletics as a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant in August of 2026.

Singh assists with the development and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for Parkside's varsity student-athletes, helping oversee performance training, athlete development and daily weight room operations.

Prior to joining the Rangers, Singh gained experience with nationally recognized strength and conditioning programs through internships at the University of Texas and the University of Kentucky. During her internship with Texas Athletics, she worked with Olympic sport student-athletes and the Longhorn baseball program while studying sport programming, performance technology and athlete development. At Kentucky, she served as both an Olympic strength and conditioning intern and volunteer coach, assisting with the training of Division I student-athletes while receiving mentorship from experienced strength and conditioning professionals.

Singh has also served as a personal trainer, lead trainer and group fitness instructor with the University of Kentucky Campus Recreation Fitness program. In those roles, she designed individualized training programs, conducted fitness assessments, led educational workshops and supervised the onboarding and development of new personal trainers. She has also presented on the topic of periodization for programming at Clemson University's FitExpo and as part of continuing education sessions for fitness professionals at the University of Kentucky.

In addition to her coaching experience, Singh completed a sports dietetics internship with Christina Chu Sports Dietitian LLC, where she researched evidence-based nutrition strategies for injury recovery and developed educational resources for athletes. She also volunteered with the University of Kentucky football performance nutrition staff, assisting registered dietitians with pre- and post-practice fueling for student-athletes.

A leader on campus, Singh served as president of the Aspiring Sports Professional Network and the University of Kentucky Circus Club while also participating in the Kinesiology Health Promotion Club's Exercise is Medicine Committee.

Singh earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in strength and conditioning and a minor in coaching from the University of Kentucky. She also completed a certificate in Nutrition for Human Performance while graduating with Dean's List honors six times. Singh is a NETA Certified Personal Trainer and holds certifications in Les Mills BodyAttack, First Aid, CPR and AED.
