• Ran a season best in the 55 meters with a time of 7.31 at the Firebird First Invitational (January 18, 2025)
• Ran a season best in the 60 meters with a time of 7.96 at the John Tierney Classic (January 25, 2025)
• Jumped a season best in the long jump with a mark of 6.05m at the Carthage Forever Red Alumni Classic (December 7, 2024)
• Won the 2025 GLIAC Indoor Championship in the long jump

• NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship qualifier (17th place)
• 2024 All-Midwest Region
• Recorded a mark of 6.02 in the long jump at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships finishing second. 
• Jumped a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 6.09m at the Joey Haines Invite (March 29-30, 2024).
• Ran a season best in the 100 meters with a time of 12.45 at the Cerritos Invitational (April 12, 2024).

• 2024 All-American in the long jump (6th place) with a mark of 6.03 meters which was a school record and indoor personal best. 
• 2024 All-Midwest Region
• 2024 GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championship long jump champion with a mark of 5.84m.
• Ran a personal best in the 55 meters with a time of 7.29 at the Forever Red Alumni Classic (December 2, 2023).
• Ran a personal best in the 60 meters with a time of 7.90 at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (February 24-25, 2024) finishing 9th.
• Ran a season best in the 200 meters with a time of 26.16 at the GVSU Big Meet (February 9, 2024).

• NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship qualifier (15th place).
• 2023 All-Midwest Region.
• Ran a personal best in the 100 meters with a time of 12.10 at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 3-5, 2023) finishing 3rd.
• Ran a personal best in the 200 meters with a time of 25.75 at the Raleigh Relays (March 23-25, 2023).
• Jumped a season best 6.11m at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 3-5, 2023) finishing first.

• NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championship qualifier (15th place).
• 2023 Midwest All-Region.
• Named GLIAC Freshman Field Athlete of the Meet.
• Jumped 5.71m in the long jump at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships winning the championship. 
• Ran a season best in the 55 meters with a time of 7.51 at the Firebird First Invitational (January 14, 2023).
• Ran a season best in the 60 meters with a time of 8.00 at the Lewis Invitational (February 3, 2023).
• Ran a season best in the 200 meters with a time of 25.85 at the Lewis Invitational (February 3, 2023).
• Jumped a season best in the long jump with a mark of 5.89m at the Minnesota State Massive Meet (February 10, 2023).
