2026 Outdoor Track and Field

• Set a school record in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 1:48.63 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 16-18, 2026)
• Ran a personal best in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:48.26 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Ran the second-fastest 1500-meter time in program history
• Ran a personal best in the 400 meters with a time of 49.46 at the UW-Oshkosh Invite & Multi, finishing second (April 10-11, 2026)
• Ran the eighth-fastest 400-meter time in program history
• Scored in three events at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (800m – fourth, 1500m – second, 4x400 – second)
• Was part of the school-record-setting 4x400 relay that finished in 3:15.15 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships
• Qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters, finishing 13th with a time of 1:49.94 (May 21-23, 2026)

2026 Indoor Track and Field

• Earned Second-Team All-America honors in the 800 meters after finishing ninth at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships with a time of 1:49.55 (March 13-14, 2026)
• Set a school record in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 1:48.70 at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday, finishing first (Feb. 13, 2026)
• Ran a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:08.52 at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 31, 2026)
• Ran the second-fastest mile in program history
• Won the 800 meters at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 1:52.76 (Feb. 28-March 1, 2026)
• Scored in four events at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (800m – first, mile – fourth, 4x400 – fourth, DMR – second)
• Was part of the school-record-setting 4x400 relay that finished in 3:16.25 at the GLIAC Indoor Championships

• Ran a personal best in the 6k with a time of 18:42.3 at the Vic Godfrey Open finishing 2nd (September 5, 2025)
• Ran a personal best in the 8k with a time of 25:34.7 at the Louisville Classic (October 4, 2025)

• NCAA Division II Championship qualifier in the 800 meters
• Finished 15th at the NCAA Division II Championships in the 800 meters
• Ran a personal best, school record setting and NCAA Division II Provo time of 1:49.36 in the 800 meters at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite (May 9-10, 2025)
• Finished third in the 800 meters at the GLIAC Championship
• Ran a personal best in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:50.12 at the 2025 Bryan Clay Invitational (April 16-18, 2025)

• Ran a season best in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.54 at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday (February 14, 2025)
• Ran a personal best time in the mile with a time of 4:16.03 at the Lake Michigan Open (February 1, 2025)
• Was part of the distance medley relay that finished third at the GLIAC Championships
• Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the GLIAC Championships

• Ran a personal best time in the 8k with a time of 25:56.7 at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships (Oct 26, 2024)
• Ran a personal best time in the 10k with a time of 34:00.6 at the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (Nov 9, 2024)
