Biography

2016: Played in 37 games and made 33 starts on the season...Batted ,269 on the year...Was 29-for-108 on the season...Had seven doubles and drove home 14 runs...Scored 13 runs and also was successful on 4-of-5 stolen base attempts...Posted a .991 fielding percentage and had only two errors...Led the team with 22 walks and had a .414 on-base percentage...Hit .313 versus left-handed pitching...Batted .286 with runners on base...Opened the season with an eight-game hitting streak...Had eight multiple-hit games and three multiple-RBI games...Batted .500 with five RBI in the Rangers season-opening series at Barry...Was 2-for-4 with a double and a pair of runs batted in at Judson (3/12)...Was 4-for-10 with two runs scored, two doubles and two RBI in the first two games of the series at Saint Joseph's...Went 2-for-3 versus Rockhurst (3/6)

2015: First Team All-GLVC and Second Team Daktronics All-Midwest Region selection. Played and started in 40 games for the Rangers. led the team at the plate, hitting .321 with nine doubles, seven home runs, and 33 RBIs. Scored 20 runs while sporting an on-base percentage of .400 and a sligging percentage of .545. Collected 109 putouts and 11 assists on the year, owning a .984 fielding percentage. Spent the summer playing for the Lakeshore Chinooks (Mequon, Wisconsin) in the prestigious Northwoods League.

2014: Started in 43 games for the Rangers. Tallied 19 runs, 46 hits, and 19 RBIs while leading the team with 14 doubles and 63 total bases.

High School: The right-hander is a two-time player of the year in baseball for the Blue Knights while accruing a total of nine All-Midwest Classic Conference honors between baseball and football. Brookfield Academy has been a power on the diamond with Kolasinski, compiling a record of 51-16 over the past three years including a regional championship. The versatile athlete is a catcher, first basemen and outfielder on defense while holding the Brookfield Academy program record for career home runs and batting average.
