KENOSHA, WI. - The Parkside Rangers return to action this week with a three-game series against the University of Indianapolis this weekend, followed by a single game against Viterbo on Monday. Parkside enters play at 14–11 overall, while Indianapolis comes in at 16–15, including a 10–6 mark in GLVC play. Viterbo enters the week with a 4–20 record.

Scouting Parkside
The Rangers enter the week with a 14–11 overall record and continue to show strength on both sides of the ball.
Offensively,
Benjamin Loyd leads the charge, batting .347 while driving in 15 RBIs. He also ranks eighth in the GLIAC with 12 stolen bases.
Joe Mrowiec has been a key contributor as well, hitting .323 with six home runs and a team-high 21 RBIs. He currently ranks sixth in the GLIAC in both slugging percentage (.645) and home runs.
On the mound, Brennan Miller tops the pitching staff with a 3.76 ERA, ranking eighth in the conference, while recording 22 strikeouts over 26.1 innings. Nathan Ciemney has been equally impactful, holding a 3–3 record and ranking seventh in the GLIAC with 30 strikeouts this season. Defensively,
Nathan Hanel has been strong behind the plate, ranking fifth in the GLIAC with seven runners caught stealing.
Scouting University of Indianapolis
The Greyhounds enter the weekend series with a 16–15 overall record, including a 10–6 mark in GLVC play. Austin Bode leads the team with a .376 batting average through 109 at-bats. He also paces the Greyhounds with 38 RBIs and 41 hits, including 11 home runs. Garrett Rusch and Gavin Duran have also been productive offensively, batting .319 and .313, respectively.
On the mound, Aidan Pearson holds a 3.11 ERA with a 4–2 record. He has limited opponents to a .267 batting average while recording 32 strikeouts over 37.2 innings pitched. Drake Downing leads the team with three saves.
Historically, the Rangers are 18–45 against the Greyhounds. Their last matchup came in April 2019.
Scouting Viterbo
The Viterbo V-Hawks enter with a 4-20 overall record. Offensively, Xavier Gilmore leads the team, batting .442 with 35 hits, including two home runs and 13 RBIs. Nathan Faust and Ryder Mortensen have also been key contributors, each driving in a team-high 14 RBIs.
On the mound, Brandon Shepard leads the team with 20 strikeouts and a 5.23 ERA. Jomar Guzman and Anthony Sanchez have each recorded 17 strikeouts.
