MAPLE GROVE, Wis. — The Parkside men's cross country team finished second in the men's 8k with 64 points on Friday at the Maple Grove Venue. The second-place finish is the third runner-up team finish for the Rangers this season. 

Connor Sheahan finished sixth in the 8k with a time of 25:56.8 and a score of four. This is Sheahan's fifth top-ten finish of the season.  Jack Hamilton placed 12th in 26:17.6, scoring eight points. Beckett Pawlak added a 24th-place finish in 26:57.1 with a score of 16. Nate Martin finished 25th with a score of 17, while Corey Goff placed 27th in 27:09.3 and scored 19.
