KENOSHA, Wis. - The sixth ranked Parkside Wrestling team defeated No.12 University of Mary in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) action, by a score of 26-12. The win was powered by three tech falls by
Jalen Spuhler,
Dajun Johnson and
Jordan Blanchard.
At 125 pounds, No. 5
Shane Corrigan earned an 11–0 major decision against Ben Deforest. He tallied takedowns in the first and second periods and finished strong in the third with an escape, a third takedown, and a riding-time point to put the Rangers up 4–0.
Elon Rodriguez lost to Gabe Mortensen in a 5-4 decision at 133 pounds.
Troy Dolphin lost to No.4 Sean Solis in a 11-6 decision at 141 pounds.

Jalen Spuhler recorded the Rangers' first technical fall of the night, defeating Kale Baumann 23-4 at 5:53. Spuhler posted two takedowns in the opening period, while Baumann collected an escape. In the second, Spuhler added an escape and two more takedowns, with Baumann answering with another escape point. Spuhler continued to control the bout in the third period with two additional takedowns before closing out the match with four near-fall points. The win earned five team points and pushed the Rangers ahead 9-6.
At 157 pounds, No. 4
Easton Worachek earned a 7-3 decision over Maverick Mueller. Mueller struck first with a takedown in the opening period, but Worachek responded with an escape and a takedown of his own. Worachek added another takedown in the second period to secure the win, earning three team points and pushing the Rangers' lead to 12-6.

Brody Hemauer lost to Lane Ewing in a tight 4-2 decision at 165 pounds.
Earning the Rangers' second technical fall of the evening, No. 3
Dajun Johnson earned a 19-4 victory over Joey Mushinsky at 3:55. Johnson posted three takedowns and four near-fall points in the opening period, while Mushinsky tallied two escapes. Despite two more escape points from Mushinsky in the second, Johnson closed out the bout with two takedowns, adding five points to the overall score, 17-6.
At 184 pounds, No. 13
Brady Schuh secured a 14-4 major decision over Sam Bruss. Schuh opened the match with two first-period takedowns and followed with another takedown in the second, as Bruss earned escape points in both periods. Schuh finished strong in the third with an escape, a takedown, and riding time, adding four points to the Rangers overall score, 21-6.
At 197 pounds, ranked No. 13
Jordan Blanchard recorded the Rangers' third technical fall of the night, defeating Emery Slater 23-4 at 4:59. Blanchard controlled the opening period with three takedowns and four near-fall points, while Slater earned two escape points. In the second period, Blanchard added two more takedowns, with Slater recording two additional escapes. Blanchard closed out the bout with four near-fall points. He earned five points, which took the overall score to 26-9.
Cooper Caraway lost to No.3 Luke Tweeton in an 8-1 decision at 285 pounds.
With the victory, No. 6 Parkside improves to 11–2 overall and 6–1 in NSIC play, while extending their all-time record against the Marauders to 5–0. The Rangers return to action February 6
th, when they travel to Sioux Falls to take on the University of Sioux Falls Cougars and Augustana Vikings on February 7th.
