KENOSHA, Wis.- Parkside Wrestling returns home to De Simone Arena this weekend for a North Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) dual against the Minnesota State University Moorhead. The dual is set to begin on 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
The Rangers
No.3 Parkside enters the weekend with a 3-1 dual record, including a 2-1 mark in NSIC competition. The Rangers are 5-0 all time against the Dragons, including the most recent win last year with a score of 41- (-1). This past week, the Rangers are coming off a team title victory at the 46
th annual Midwest Classic, along with individual champion
Jalen Spuhler.
Six Rangers appeared in the latest NWCA individual ranking. At 125 pounds,
Shane Corrigan holds the No. 2 spot, while
Jalen Spuhler ranks No.1 overall at 149. New to the poll this season,
Easton Worachek checks in at No.4 and
Brody Hemauer stands at No. 6 at 165 pounds. The rankings continue with
Dajun Johnson at No.5 at 174, while
Brady Schuh is slated at No. 11 in the 184-pound class.
