KENOSHA, Wis. -- The Parkside women's basketball team have a short turnaround after defeating Wayne State on Saturday. The Rangers are now set to face Benedictine in De Simone Arena on Monday night. Tip off is set for 6 p.m. CST and will be streamed live on FloHoops.

- The Rangers went 1-1 in GLIAC play over the weekend, dropping to SVSU 69-49 then getting a key bounce back win over Wayne State 95-59.
- In their victory over Wayne State, the Rangers posted a season high 95 points in the game. En route to the win Parkside had five players reach double figures and recorded a season high 25 assists, the most since February 2022.
- Gabriela Loiz is coming off a hot weekend. The graduate student averaged 15.5 ppg while shooting an impressive 62.5% from the floor. Entering Monday's game she's averaging 10.4 ppg.
Scouting Benedictine
The Eagles enter Monday's game with a 3-10 record overall and 3-1 in conference play. Benedictine is apart of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) and is a Division III institution. The game for the Eagles will count as an exhibition.
Benedictine is coming off of two victories where they were led by Autumn Rucker who averaged 19.5 ppg during the two wins. Rucker is just a freshman and is averaging 9.8 ppg amd has scored in double digits in five of their last six games. Rucker is the second leading scorer behind Ryann Ogarek who has only played in seven games, the last being on December 6, 2023.
