Parkside 21, Southwest Minnesota State 12
The Parkside wrestling team won its fifth straight match on Friday night, defeating Southwest Minnesota State 21-12 on the road. With the win, the Rangers set up a huge dual with Augustana on Saturday. Parkside moved to 5-1 in the NSIC while No. 10 Augustana is 7-0; the two will face off at 4 p.m.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The match got started in near stunning fashion for Parkside, as No. 3 Joe Arroyo fell at 125-pounds and
Joey Roti lost at 133 to make it 6-0 SMSU early on. Parkside got back on track as
Cayden Henschel won in sudden victory at 141, then
Nathan Hensley won a major decision at 149 to put the Rangers up 7-6. Parkside pulled away when
Ben Durocher won a decision at 157, No. 3
Shane Gantz won a major decision at 165 and No. 6
Job Ayala won a major decision at 174. The Mustangs won 184 and 285, but in between that No. 9
Rodsean Graham won a decision at 197.

Lloyd Reynolds won at 285.

WHAT'S NEXT
The No. 8 Rangers have a huge battle on Saturday at 4 p.m., as they will face No. 10 and undefeated Augustana on the road. They'l return home for the final dual of the season on Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. against Upper Iowa.Â
