#8 Parkside 24, #21 Northern State 9
The No. 8 ranked Parkside wrestling team went on the road Friday night and earned its third straight NSIC dual victory, taking down No. 21 Northern State in convincing fashion in Aberdeen, S.D.

With the win, the Rangers move to 3-2 overall and 3-1 in the NSIC. Parkside will face MSU Moorhead on Sunday at 2 p.m.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Rangers took control of the match early, winning six of the first seven matches.
Cayden Henschel got the Rangers up 3-0 with an 8-6 decision at 141 where the match started. NSU got a technical fall at 149, but Parkside followed that with five straight decisions.
Ben Durocher won 9-3 at 157, No. 3
Shane Gantz stayed undefeated with a 5-3 decision at 165, No. 6
Job Ayala won 4-0 at 174,
Reece Worachek won 3-0 at 184 and No. 9
Rodsean Graham earned a 3-2 decision at 197.

After the Wolves won at 285, No. 3 Joe Arroyo won a 7-4 decision at 125 and
Joey Roti, a true freshman, won 2-0 in sudden victory at 133.

WHAT'S NEXT
Parkside will finish out the weekend with a 2 p.m. dual at MSU Moorhead on Sunday, Jan. 30. Parkside returns home with a Marquee Matchup, which is free on the Parkside Sports Network, with a dual against Upper Iowa on Feb. 16 in De Simone Arena.
