Sunday's contest was the final game of the 2021 season for the Parkside baseball team. The Rangers fell in the series finale, 16-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Davenport offense came to play early, and scored runs in each of the first seven innings. At the end of those seven innings, the score sat 16-1. The Rangers scored their lone run in the top of the fifth on a bases-loaded fielder's choice that brought home senior

Jared Heinzen both had multi-hit games for the Rangers. LaBreche went 2-for-4 and scored the lone Parkside run, and Heinzen finished 2-for-3 with a double. Redshirt-senior
Casey Oliver and Emanuel also had hits for the Rangers. Redshirt-junior
Kurt Mlachnik was responsible for the Rangers RBI fielder's choice in the fifth.
