Parkside 2, Lewis 2
HEAR FROM COACH NIKOLIC
"We had a great start to the game and we were playing good soccer that lead to our first goal," head coach
Brittany Nikolic said. "Unfortunately, we didn't sustain the same quality throughout the game and overall gave the ball away too easily."
"I'm proud of the resilience we showed in getting the tying goal in the end," Nikolic added.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Senior
Chloe Couves, from Ankeny, Iowa, scored her first goal of the season, putting the Rangers up 1-0 in the 20th minute. Couves' goal comes off a double-assist from junior

Off a corner kick from Couves, Kroening headed the ball into the back of the net with only 90 seconds remaining in the game, nearly immediately before the game went into a rain delay.
