Green Bay 81, Parkside 32
It was all Green Bay in Tuesday's exhibition game, as freshman
Alyssa Nelson led the Ranger offense with a career-high 10 points. The Phoenix has either won the regular season or a tournament championship in the Horizon League each year for the past 17 years.
HEAR FROM ASSISTANT COACH EICHLER
"It's not the result we wanted, but we put out a good product," first season assistant coach
Sarah Eichler said. "It's a good gut check in the middle of the season to find out where we are and where we need to go."
Eichler was a standout player at Green Bay from 2009-13, becoming the 31st player in program history to record 1,000 points during her career along with multiple Horizon League awards.
FIRST HALF

Following that basket, Green Bay held Parkside to 13 points until the final :24 seconds when Nelson drained a 3-pointer, bringing the score to 44-16 after a Phoenix 13-0 run. The Rangers were held to 16 points as the game went to halftime.
