HOW IT HAPPENED
Junior
Kaylee Siegel was able to put a ball away in the 37th minute to put Parkside up 1-0. This would mark Siegel's second goal of the season. The Ranger's held off Northern Michigan from scoring until the 44th minute.

In the 81st minute, senior
Chloe Couves finished her sixth goal of the season. Couves unassisted goal would end up being the game-winner and the score would remain 2-1 as the final whistle blew.
STATWORTHY
Parkside created 15 opportunities for shots throughout the match, with nine of those being on target. Junior goalkeeper
Adrianna Bratel made three saves while in the net today. Siegel led the Ranger's with four shots in the game while sophomore
Delaney Benich and junior
Maycee Kroening tallied three shots a piece followed by Couves and freshman
Samantha Nickell with two each.
WHAT'S NEXT
Parkside will play at Michigan Tech on Sunday, Oct. 14 at 11 a.m. The Rangers will return home on Sunday, Oct. 21 against Purdue Northwest, which is Senior Day.
