The UW-Parkside men's golf team hosted a seven-team meet at Meadowbrook Country Club in Racine on Monday. The annual event is on the par 72, 6419-yard course.

Carthage College was the team winner with a score of 304. The host Rangers were only four strokes off the winning pace at 308, three strokes ahead of third place Lewis University.

Carthage had the two low men of the event. Kyle Bahnick and Donnie Langland carded a 71 and 73 respectively.

Parkside's low man was Bob Tierney, who was third overall with a 74.

Other Ranger places and scores were Keith Buntrock, fifth, 76; Brian Krupo, 11th, 78; Mike Keller, and Andrew Troyanek, 15th, 80.

UW-Parkside will now gear for the Super Regional.
