The following is a new award as presented by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). The four Wisconsin Division I schools and the one Division II school are eligible to have their men's soccer players compete for an all-state award.
        Rangers on the squad include Jamie Lieberman, Matt Gloshen, Niklas Boedts and Johnson Thao. The quartet was paramount to the Rangers' 13-5-2 record in 2009.
