Moriah Palmer has been named the Ranger of the Week following her performance at the 2016 Midwest Region Cross Country Championship. Palmer earned a trip to the NCAA Division II Championship with a fourth-place finish at the regionals. Palmer was one of three runners to earn an at-large berth into the NCAA's. She finished the 6k course in a time of 20:30.49.
