The 2016 Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Year will suit up in the Green and White one final time on March 25 at the All-Star Game, slated to get underway at 7 p.m. The two teams are composed of two senior student-athletes from each of the eight regions in NCAA Division II along with four at-large selections. Also representing the Midwest Region are Hillsdale College's Kyle Cooper and Drury University's Kameron Bundy.
Â
Mazurczak is the third Ranger to earn a spot in the All-Star game over the last four seasons, following in the footsteps of former teammates
Zygimantas Riauka (2015) and Jeremy Saffold (2013). Riauka hauled in 13 rebounds at last season's event, helping the West All-Stars prevail 140-112 and tying the All-Star game rebounding record in the process. Both Riauka and Saffold utilized the game as a springboard into a professional career overseas with Riauka competing in Spain while Saffold spent time in both the Republic of Georgia and Italy.

The senior guard had a record setting career with the Rangers, establishing school records for most games played (120) and wins (94), guiding the team to four consecutive GLVC East Division titles and four trips to the NCAA Division II Tournament. Mazurczak ranks third all-time in assists (444) and sixth in scoring (1.531 points).
