"I want our Ranger program to be a consistent top four team in the Great Lakes Valley Conference ensuring an opportunity to compete for a conference championship as well as the chance to compete in the NCAA Tournament. Academics will be a priority in our program. The team's success will be determined by annually winning the American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award for a grade point average of 3.30 or better.
